Personalized workouts, 1-on-1 with a Driven Power trainer. We develop a workout that is custom built for your needs and your goals, and then our trainers direct, motivate, educate and track your every rep of every set.
BACKED BY SCIENCE
Our trainers have more than experience in the gym, they also have certified experience in the classroom. They use those big-brains to design age-appropriate tactics to target mobility, stability, strength, and power. By addressing these components in that order, we help you develop balance, fluidity, and explosiveness you can apply directly to your sport.
SCHEDULING DETAILS
Personal training sessions are available in 30, 45, and 60-minute increments. If this is your first sessions, you should schedule a 45-minute session. Going forward, you and your Driven Power trainer will mutually agree on the amount of time per session that is appropriate to your goals and abilities. Personal Training is available for age 8 and up.
SWEAT FOR LESS
Are you more motivated when sweating next to a friend? Driven Power offers performance oriented classes in speed & agility training, lifting technique, and flexibility. These sessions are drop-in style / open format available for consumption as your schedule allows. Classes are a great way to get a top-notch workout for a more affordable price.
SAME SCIENCE
We utilize the same strategies in our classes that we apply to our personal training, targeting the mobility, stability, strength, and power of the athlete. We work very hard to develop exercises that can be done as a group - that help each individual work at their level.
CLASS DETAILS
Classes are generally 60-minutes in length. Any applicable age or gender grouping are clearly listed with the class description. If you don't see a class that fits your athlete, please reach out. New classes form all the time - and maybe you're just the person we're looking for to get another session off the ground.
CUSTOM GROUP TRAINING
Driven Power can also provide custom group training sessions. If you have a group of 3 or more athletes of similar age and abilities that want to workout together, let us know what you're looking for and we'll design you a group program.
Duration and frequency of the sessions is all completely open ended and determined through discussion with your group. Prices are also negotiated based on the final design.
Group training is a great option for teams that want to train together.
